Return Policy & FAQs

For Returns or Exchanges of Damaged, Defective, or an Incorrect Order:

We strive to provide the highest merchandise quality and shopping experience- if this has not been the case for you, we want to make it right! If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or was not exactly what you ordered, please send us an email bighenrys@antonesnightclub.com and let us know what is wrong.

We will happily send you a return label to send back the unwanted items.

Returns or Exchanges made within 30 days of delivery day will be processed free of charge. We will cover shipping!

 

For Items Damaged, Lost, or Stolen In-Transit:

If you had an item damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipping company first. Big Henry’s cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged In-Transit. 

Once an item has been picked up/dropped with the shipping company, Big Henry's cannot make changes to the delivery or shipping options. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but at this point we are working with outside parties and cannot guarantee their compliance with our policies. 

However, as a small business we want everyone who purchases something from us to be over-the-moon with their experience, and we will do everything we can to make that the case for you. If this unfortunately happens to you, please email us bighenrys@antonesnightclub.com and we will see if there is any way we can make it right.

 In-Store Purchases/Exchanges/Returns:

For in-store purchases that you wish to return, a refund will be given if the item is undamaged and returned within 30 days of purchase, with receipt. After 30 days or without the receipt, the item can be exchanged for a store credit. 

If you bought your item in store and need a different size, we will be happy to exchange that for you with or without the receipt, as long as we are in-stock for the desired size. If you purchased in store and live out of town and need to exchange/return, please email us at bighenrys@antonesnightclub.com

For All Other Exchanges or Returns:

Shipping:

All merchandise is ordered, stocked, packed, and shipped directly by our staff from Big Henry's Vinyl and Gifts store in Austin, Texas. Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
