For Returns or Exchanges of Damaged, Defective, or an Incorrect Order:
We strive to provide the highest merchandise quality and shopping experience- if this has not been the case for you, we want to make it right! If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or was not exactly what you ordered, please send us an email email@example.com and let us know what is wrong.
We will happily send you a return label to send back the unwanted items.
Returns or Exchanges made within 30 days of delivery day will be processed free of charge. We will cover shipping!
For Items Damaged, Lost, or Stolen In-Transit:
If you had an item damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipping company first. Big Henry’s cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged In-Transit.
However, as a small business we want everyone who purchases something from us to be over-the-moon with their purchase, and we will do everything we can to make that the case for you. If this unfortunately happens to you, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if there is any way we can make it right.

All merchandise is ordered, stocked, packed, and shipped directly by our staff from Big Henry's Vinyl and Gifts store in Austin, Texas. Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
